Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp Fertile You Hormone Elixir
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup filtered water or almond milk
  • Ice (optional)

 

 

 Method
