Once your order is processed a tracking email will be sent to your given email address entered when completing your order. Fertile You does not accept responsibility and is not held accountable for items that have been lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. Please ensure all details are entered correctly when completing your order during checking out. If your item is lost please email info@fertileyou.com.au , we will work with our courier to relocate the parcel and resolve the issue.
